Ordering policy
Majority of the JULIETTE KOR piece is created once your order is confirmed. Production can take 2-4 weeks. If your order is time sensitive, please contact us at contact@juliettekor.com to discuss if your time frame can be met. The items in stock will be send immediately after the payment is verified.
We are thrilled that you chose JULIETTE KOR for your fine jewelry purchase. If any unforeseen issues arise with your order, we will contact you directly for resolution.
Any items you see on the official JULIETTE KOR social media channels are available for purchase. If you can’t find something on our website, please contact us at contact@juliettekor.com.
Shipping Policy
Items are available for shipping with a courier within Israel via Israeli postal service. Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days. Online orders are shipped and delivered Sunday through Thursday, excluding major holidays. A shipping notification with tracking details will be sent via email after order has shipped.
We also offer a pick up in our studio in Tel Aviv.
International Shipping
Duties, Taxes and VAT are not included in the total at checkout. Duties, Taxes and VAT are determined by the destination country where applicable. Duties, Taxes and VAT are based on the value of the order for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any Duties, Taxes and VAT is the responsibility of the recipient. International shipping cost incurred at check out is non-refundable.

Return & Refund Policy
As all of our pieces are handmade to order, all sales are final (there are no returns, refunds or exchanges for certain items once purchased). We recommend that you confirm appropriate sizing for rings prior to placing your online order.
However, if you would wish to exchange a product or return a product for store credit, please contact contact@juliettekor.com. We will accept returns of all new, unused jewelry within 7 days of delivery confirmation date with original packaging in perfect condition. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered in any way will not be accepted for store credit or exchange. Once your return has been processed, your juliettekor.com credit will be sent via email. All prior shipping charges are non refundable. Customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with any such returns.
*All the rings, pieces with diamonds and any pieces with customizations are final sale and cannot be returned for store credit or exchange.

Pearls Maintenance & Repair
It is highly recommended to treat pearls as a sensitive and delicate product, to avoid contact with water, oils, salt, perfume, chlorine bleach, hydrogen peroxide, acids (lemon juice and vinegar), ammonia, hairspray, cosmetics, extreme heat or cold, household cleansers, as these substances will damage the pearl surface. Avoid doing any sport and extreme activities while wearing your pearl jewelry. Take off your pearls jewelry before sleep and nap. Rough wool, sequins, beading, metallic threads, and other materials can also scratch your pearls, eventually dulling the surface.
Due to the delicate nature of pearls we highly recommend to treat your jewelry with extra care. Any damage to the jewelry caused by wrong use or non-compliance with these terms of use will be considered as the customer's responsibility and won't be eligible for a warranty and chargeless repair.
Items that were damaged as the result of wrong use and are qualified for the repair will require an extra fee by costumer.
JULIETTE KOR cultured pearl necklaces are strung with fine silk thread for both strength and beauty. However, if that string stretches or loosens, it may break suddenly. Even if you don't wear your pearls often, we recommend that you have your pearls restrung every year.
In case the customer received a defective product, we should be contacted immediately and the case will be treated as a priority.
We offer a warranty of one month from the day of purchase. The warranty apply only in case of quality defects and does not apply in cases of damage, breakage or tear of the piece due to wrong use or non-compliance with these terms of use; loss or theft of jewelry pieces.
Repairing an item will take up to 30 business days.
